Negative Control In order to verify that a reagent is staining according to its correct specificity, a negative control should be included in each staining run. Negative Control Mouse IgG1 The MOPC-21 tumor line that produces mouse IgG 1 ,k is a mineral oil-based plasmacytoma carried in BALB/c mice. The IgG 1 preparation has been purified from mouse ascites fluid. An IgG 1 negative control is usually matched at the same concentration as the primary antibody (IgG 1 isotype).
Negative Control Mouse IgG This product is to be used as a negative control substitution for mouse monoclonal antibodies. SDS-PAGE shows two bands corresponding to heavy and light chain. The IgG preparation has been purified from pooled sera and contains a spectrum of the IgG subclasses.
Negative Control Rabbit IgG These antibodies have been purified from pooled sera of healthy adult rabbits and contain the full spectrum of the IgG subclasses. This product is intended for use as a negative control with rabbit polyclonal antibodies.
Polymer Negative Control Serum (Mouse & Rabbit) Polymer Negative Control Serum (Mouse & Rabbit) is designed to work with both mouse and rabbit antibodies. The Polymer Negative Control Serum has been titered for MenaPath products including monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies, and antibody cocktails. It can be used with any of MenaPaths mouse and/or rabbit polymer detection kits or MenaPath double stain kits. It can also be used on an automated staining system such as intelliPATH FLX®. For all non-polymer based detection systems, please use MP-NC498.
Universal Negative Control Serum The Universal Negative Control Serum is designed to work with both mouse and rabbit antibodies. The Universal Negative Control Serum has been titered for MenaPath products including monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies, and antibody cocktails. It can be used with any of MenaPath's mouse and/or rabbit streptavidin kits, biotin-free detections systems, or MenaPath’s multiplex stain kits. It can be used manually or on automated stainers
